I have been apart of Raw Elements Healthy Lifestyle & Yoga for two years and I can recommend this trip / retreat highly to anyone looking to relax, unwind, improve your yoga, enjoy yourself and perhaps make some new and lasting friendships. Perfect combination of a tranquil, stunning setting, great and beautiful space.The food was outstanding and the evenings are some of the most interesting and intellectual conversations I experience. The Retreat to the Beach with Peit was just the reset I needed!! The clarity, healing, reflection and connections I gained whilst on the retreat is priceless and will forever stay with me through daily practices. My son, daughter and I have all done transference with Peita and it’s hard to explain just how beneficial we have all found this. Peita immediately puts you at ease, explains the procedure and makes you extremely comfortable to out you in the best state of mind to receive your healing. The healing, growth, dealing with and moving on from old woundings make this an experience you will not want to miss.
