I had yes come out amd give me an estimate on doing work my wife and I decided to go ahead with the work the salesman was out of the house within 5 mins of us singing the papers and didn’t want to answer any questions after he got his sale which I thought was kind of odd then the crew comes out to install it and had no idea what was going on not very knowledgeable about the job at all took them to days and they did 1/2 butt work and told me it was all ready to go after they burned the siding on my house all up with there torch I had to go buy the proper wiring for them to wire up the furnace because they didn’t have it on hand they have been back 4 times and still the issue is not resolved I have expressed my concerns to their supervisor and they signed up for the employees and said it’s up to code. I will not be using this place ever again and I recommend you do your homework before you use this place this system cost my wife and I $13,000 and this is how they left it and this is supposedly of the code
Had a yearly tuneup inspection on my AC. Chris did a great job. He came on time. He was very personable. He seems to enjoy his job and says they’re very busy. When I questioned him further, he said they have been so busy that he has worked two weeks straight without a day off. That’s a lot! I appreciated him being here when his family hasn’t seen him. Thx for the commitment to good service.
Yes! Is the ultimate HVAC company! We had them install a new unit in March, doing away with a monster that another company in town installed and would not contact us back about warranty issues. Gave up and contacted Yes! From the project manager to the gentlemen doing the install.. Thank you. Everyone was very polite and professional! Recently we had tech Chris Brown come out just to make sure everything was working 100%. Chris was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a very nice guy.he listened to all of my concerns and addressed any questions I had. Thank you Chris for reconfirming the switch in companies for HVAC and other departments of YES! We will continue to use your for all our needs. Yes! Your customer service and commitment to your customers is amazing. Keep up the great work!
We had Yes! install our new HVAC system and everything went great! We LOVE Miguel, he was so good to troubleshoot and inform us about our old unit. Chase was amazing to talk to about a new system and he gave us a really good price that fit in our budget. Austin and his crew could not have been better installers. All around very happy to get everything taken care of so professionally and quick before summer hits! High fives all around to the whole team.
This company is awesome. They responded in a timely manner to an a/c unit that failed to work. 12 hours with no AC in the middle of the summer in Southern Utah is not fun. Technician was knowledgeable and professional and went right to the problem and got it fixed quickly. Will definitely use them again in the future with any of my HVAC needs.
