Great experience working with this team so far. When we came on, our books needed serious cleanup and they stepped in and got everything organized and corrected quickly. That alone made a huge difference for our business. Haley has been excellent to work with, clear communication, very detail oriented, and easy to collaborate with. I really appreciate her patience with me. 😁 James brings strong leadership and clarity to the meetings. He doesn’t overcomplicate things and gives straightforward guidance that helps us make better decisions. It’s obvious they understand contractor businesses and how trades operate.

James and Veronica are super knowledgeable and have been instrumental in managing a number of challenges at the company. Not sure where we'd be without their support and expertise -- but it wouldn't be in a good place.

We engaged this firm to handle bookkeeping for two of our companies and paid over $5,000 in deposits and retainers. Almost immediately, we experienced serious concerns with communication and responsiveness. Simple matters that directly impacted our business decisions often took over a week to receive a response. As the situation escalated, we repeatedly requested to speak directly with the owner, James, to resolve the issues and get clarity on how to move forward. Despite those requests, he refused to get on a call and instead communicated only through lengthy email responses. At no point did leadership step in to personally address the breakdown or attempt to make the situation right. When you are trusting a firm with your financial operations, accessibility and accountability at the ownership level matter. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Because of the ongoing communication failures, we made the decision to terminate the relationship before any accounting work had begun. Despite no operational work being performed in our accounts, the firm is retaining nearly $3,000 of our funds, which we strongly dispute. From our experience, the onboarding process felt disorganized, communication was inconsistent, and resolving concerns proved far more difficult than it should have been. Business owners should feel confident and supported when engaging a financial partner — we did not. I strongly recommend that other business owners thoroughly evaluate communication expectations and leadership accessibility before committing significant upfront funds. ⸻
