The management in the store definitely needs to get their act together. It’s by far the most unfriendly staff I’ve ever dealt with traveling the country. Tried using the self checkouts because every single register had lines literally was told unless I’m at Walmart plus member I wasn’t allowed to use. The self checkout was told to go stand in line. No management on the front end I asked for a manager the phone rang and literally they said the customer wants to make a complaint. The management told them to tell me call 1-,800 Walmart and do the survey. They didn’t even want to talk to me. By far the most ridiculous thing ever on top of that, I wanted to get an oil change while I’m traveling, the shop was locked. All the bay doors were closed and associates were just standing around inside talking and screwing around by far the most rinky-dink Walmart I have ever experienced in my life and the management here should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for having associates that act like this treat customers like that and so forth. I even knocked on the door looking at the associates inside the shop and they just flat out ignored me just like the management did when I asked to speak with them. Obviously, they’re home office doesn’t look at the reviews or the store manager because he obviously doesn’t care running this place every time you come in this place those lines back up in the soft line so there’s no management watching anything. The bathrooms are completely filthy. It’s embarrassing seeing something like this and it’s allowed to be like this at this location.
I recently moved from Taylors SC to the downtown area of Greenville area 29611. I had a hard time finding a store near me ( the other one was 26 miles away.) I was able to get things i desperately needed at this store. Over the counter ear drops and eye drops were a necessity for Lazer surgery refugees. So, I'm grateful.
What good does it do to have 25 empty checkout lines and require customers to subscribe for Plus to use self checkout??? Good grief!
The self scan are only available if you pay 12.95 a month, but they certainly won't open more than 4 registers when every line backs up into the shopping aisles. Wal-Mart you should be ashamed.
A quick stop for a few items. I went thru self-check out. The worker was watching over it like it was fort Knox. Snapped at me, ONLY walmart+ members, I said i was, she had me prove it. Then watched me very closely as I scan my 6 items. I'll NEVER, EVER go back to that walmart on White Horse Rd in Greenville....
