We had our heating and a/c systems replaced. Not sure if the price was fair because we trusted Manny on the estimate and did not get other bid. Our neighbor who is a plumber thought it was a little high. The installers were very professional and did what I think was a good installation. How ever the fallow-up is very poor at best. It took three phone call to Manny every day to get the thermostat that we payed for installed. The installers were told we did not what it. How stupid, we payed for it. Also we were told any damage done during the installation would be repaired. It's been about three weeks now and the Sheetrock that was removed or damaged has yet to be repaired. Manny's fallow-up is non existent. He never stopped by the day of the installation like he said he would and has yet to call back to see if we are satisfied with the job. My big mistake was trusting them to finish the job before paying the entire bill. Should have only paid half and kept half untill the jog is done. Including Sheetrock repair.
Had a call from one of my roommates about 230 pm today that my water main broke and I called walker plumbing and they were at my house by 4pm. Had a gentleman by the name of Dacoda Wheeler and a helper that i cannot remember his name, sorry. But they were super nice and helpful and got me fixed up before 6pm. Both of them were super nice and were extremely professional. I got them some ice cold water and all around great experience. Walker is the way to go!!!
Cameron and Chris did a great job with our water heater flush and maintenance. My husband and I enjoyed everything about the appointment. They were timely, professional, skilled and pleasant. When they were done servicing our water heater, everything was clean and tidy. A pleasure doing business with them!
Danielle is the best! Very prompt and expert. She knows her business and communicates much better than most. It's great when the job is done right the first time.
