Many thanks to VCA Veterinary Specialty- EMERGENCY Clinic! Your staff and Veterinarians are exceptional in the tough situations and critical care you manage each day. Every time I have brought my suffering furry friends to you, I watch and admire how you triage your patients and offer compassion to their humans. Yes, many times, there is a difficult wait but, it’s no different and… usually shorter than the hospital ER. Your immaculately clean waiting area made our wait much easier and comfortable. Kudos for exemplifying the superior care and concern throughout your facility. AND, YES… Kitty Moa is much better today, thanks to YOU.

I absolutely love VCA! They are so amazing with my large dog who is very scared of the doctors "tools". He's had some bad experiences in the past. We both love that we can stay together during the visit too, no separation anxiety for either of us. Amazing staff and veterinarians! Thank you

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for VCA Family & the care they gave my dog, Pickles. This was one of the most stressful and emotional experiences I’ve ever been through, and their team treated us with so much urgency, compassion, and respect. The moment we arrived, they radioed that we were there, and staff quickly came out and rushed Pickles straight to the back. Pickles had a mass that ruptured in his lower intestines. Bacterial fluids were contaminating his organs. A huge thank you to Dr. Sun and Dr. Lam for performing his emergency surgery. They were clear, honest, and supportive, and I felt like Pickles was truly in the best hands. Because they were so thorough, they even found something in his stomach during surgery and made the call to remove it—I’m incredibly thankful they caught that and took care of it right then. (chunks of cat litter mat pieces!) Pickles was monitored closely after surgery and the staff was careful and compassionate throughout his recovery. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Charla, who truly went out of her way for me. She hugged me when I was extremely overwhelmed and helped calm me down, and reminded me I wasn’t alone in that moment. Everyone here.. doctors, techs, and front desk staff—genuinely cares. If you ever need emergency or specialty care for your pet, I highly recommend VCA Family.

I can’t say enough about how professional and caring the veterinary staff and physicians have been with our pup. I got frequent updates about her condition and clear discharge instructions which made me feel so comfortable with caring for her at home. Plus the front office staff worked with our Trupanion insurance which made the emergency so much less stressful for us.

Front desk staff are some of the nicest ER receptionists I’ve ever met which makes a huge difference. The quality of medicine is evidently very good at this hospital. They took very good care of my kitty’s wound and it’s almost completely healed now. Prices are higher but it’s because you’re paying for very high level emergency care and they have to run a big hospital with very advanced equipment and pay their very well trained staff. The ER docs are very nice and worked with me on my goals for her care. Thanks for helping my kitty Dr. Steele and Dr. Goic 🩷
