I’ve been a loyal customer of Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control for over 14 years, and I can confidently say they are one of the most reliable and professional service companies I’ve ever worked with. Their team has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough with every visit. What really stands out is their consistency and commitment to customer satisfaction. Very impressed! Had Pest Control service come on out, my technician was Josh and I’m a licensed pest control technician myself and I’ll tell you. I was thoroughly impressed with Josh! On time and thorough. Acknowledged my knowledge and training and respected it. He engaged with good communication and knew exactly how to have the conversation respectfully and to the point! Explained his findings and walked me around my home so I could see for myself. Thoroughly impressed again and and wanted to share the good experience.

I have hired this amazing company twice now and each time they have exceeded my expectations. Initially Lucas secured my home and he did a fantastic job. This time Brendan and Cade came by and they not only plugged the hole that I had found but found another hole in the brick of my home which they also plugged. I no longer hear scratching in the evenings in that area of my home. In addition, Brendan came by this morning, just a few days after setting the outside traps. He checked my attic and found a dead rodent in a trap and he immediately bagged it and disposed of it. If you are having any problems with rodents this is the company you want to contact!

We use Truly Nolen and the customer service is top-notch. Both Doug & Cade are excellent and thoughtful technicians. They are always punctual, friendly, and thorough. They don't just spray and leave; they actually inspect the perimeter and check for new vulnerabilities. It’s rare to find a company that stays this consistent. Great job!
