My partners car broke down and we had to get it towed home, absolutely awesome bloke with great customer service and advice! Definitely know who to call if this ever happens again, and will most definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow :) Edit - took the advice Peter gave us to try and find out what the issue is, turns out it was exactly what he thought it might be, have now replaced the part and the car is now working good as new! Can’t thank him enough!
Car broke down after my serpentine belt failed. William was quick to respond, charged a very reasonable price ($120). Dropped me off to where I needed to go, and even offered me a ride back into town. 5 stars
Broke down out of gas travelling up 100 km/hr stretch on big hill just outside of bendigo.. worse still had trailer in back loaded with sheep.. Williams towing arrived within 20 minutes loaded car up and hitched trailer and off we went. Great bloke and excellent pricing...lifesaver
Broke down on the way to castlemain with 4WD & caravan intow, on a bend and part way up a hill. Peter came to our rescue & had to flat tow us up over the hill to clearing so the caravan could be taken off. This was a NRMA NSW cover so there was numerous phone calls over a period of time as they had to contact RACV to get this organised. All this time Peter stayed with us and gave us information on what we were able to do & where we could have the vehicle repaired if we needed. Eventually he was advised he could tow us to Castlemain where we were booked in. Peter was so helpfull & friendly & we thank him sincerely.
