Vickie and her crew always do a great job grooming my Toby! Toby had a wonderful experience at Sunnyside Grooming! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, caring, and treated him like family. He came home looking amazing, smelling fresh, and clearly felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell they truly love and care for the dogs they groom. Highly recommend Sunnyside Grooming to anyone looking for quality care and a great grooming experience for their pup!

The groomer cut part of my dog’s ear off and didn’t even know it. I noticed after blood was on her scarf and in the car after we got home. How unaware do you have to be to not notice blood dripping? I called the salon and the owner said the groomer heard my dog squeal but never checked to make sure my dog was ok or even aware that there was blood dripping. The owner apologized but that was it. I tried to keep it from stop bleeding but it just kept bleeding for days. It got everywhere. The only reason I didn’t give it a one star is because it is a good price. I have been putting this off for a while. This happened in February. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I decided that people should be aware of this. Reply to the response: First of all, I did call you the same day after my appointment. You just said sorry and to put pressure on it to keep it from bleeding. That was it. You never mentioned anything about having anything covered by a vet. I genuinely fell asleep and woke up 30 min after my berea appointment on Saturday. I was planning on coming in. I called and asked if I could come in right away but was told it was too late. Then I went to the Taylors location to see if there were any walk in appointments. I wasn’t upset at all that there weren’t any available walk-ins. I know that groomers are busy on Saturdays. Also, I added the picture of the charge on my card to jog your memory. Probably should have looked to see if I was a customer first before you start foolishly saying I wasn’t a customer and was just upset at not getting an appointment. Downgraded to 1 star due to the owners false and hostile response.

I actually took my dog and cat in and they did a wonderful job. Very friendly and I can tell they truly love all animals. A lot of people can groom but taking care of my loved ones is worth picking them

📣📣📣Shout out to my favorite groomers!! With the growth and expansion of their grooming team, Sunnyside is dominating the competition. I have a standard poodle named Samson (as seen below 👇). It can be tough to find a groomer that will listen to your requests, care for your pup, and deliver quality results. Even though they're rising to the top, they never forget where they came from and always treat me like family. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years now and I'm here to stay!!

We were in need of a new dog groomer after over 20 years with the same groomer. We were so happy with the salon and the groomer Angie who did a terrific job with our small poodle. So happy to find a new salon!
