High level of customer care. They do every level of service, from periodic maintenance to turnkey service. During heavy leaf fall seasons they'll even schedule multiple visits each week to keep my pool crystal clear.

Outstanding job. Southlake Pools just completed a full renovation (replaster, tile, coping, mastic) of our community pool in Southlake and it looks great. Their team was quick, cleaned up the work area and completed all items in the contract without reminders. A+ job

First time I've used Southlake Pools. I selected them based on their excellent ratings on the web and they did not let me down. They Called to schedule their appointment, showed up on time and quickly resolved the problem that was driving me nuts. Very efficient and courteous. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

We have used Southlake Pools for years for pool maintenance and repairs and we are very happy with their service! They are very responsive and always quick to schedule our service call to repair any leaks and address any pump issues. This is a business with a lot of integrity! The cost of the repairs is fair and affordable but the service is even greater! I love receiving their newsletter with tips on how to prepare your pool for the season and what prophylaxis to schedule. They definitely keep our pool healthy and in great shape! Thank you for offering such a great experience and always keeping us happy!

I have used Southlake pools for 20 years and have never been disappointed. They always respond quickly and do a great job at a fair price. Tyler has done 2 recent repairs on my system- broken PVC pipe and installed new Polaris pump- and I am extremely pleased with his work & professionalism.
