I called to get a quote for residential. The call was routed to corporate he said. The agent was curt, impersonal, and short very mechanical, and spoke over me. I just wanted a quote alike 2 other companies I had called. He wanted my full name and personal email. I asked why does he need my email. Could he just give me a quote? He answered, “Unfortunately, we’re not going to be able to do business with you unless you give me your full name and email.” I told him ok that’s fine. I’ll look for a local company. I didn’t want to disclose personal info just for a quote bc I don’t want my info sold to other companies. I recommend Pro Shred or Sigma whose agents were patient, friendly, answered questions and didn’t treat my call like an assembly line. Stay away from Shred Nation.
Martin was very helpful and answered my questions and gave me important information and I was put me in touch with a shredding company in my area that would take care of my shredding needs.. He was professional and polite.
