Cero stars!Nightmare I request the service because I had spider s inside of the house before and weeks after they completed the service same spider were still a live and some spots like they did not do anything to treat the house.same thing in the back yard the ants were still coming out after they treated the house. I refuse to pay for the service since it was not worth it and they said it’s normal to get even more bugs on first treatment which I don’t think is normal since I work in a place were we use pest control services like ecolab and verzacor. After they called me a million times to pay for the service I told them to close my account which ended up with a closing fee of $270 of course they did not disclose anything related to it at the time when opening the account . They will chase you until you pay for the service that they did not even completed. Good luck with them
I had a fantastic experience with Romex Pest Control from start to finish and wanted to share how impressed I was!It all began with the salesman, Kyle, who was absolutely awesome and highly professional. He took the time to explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand detail — from the services offered to what I could expect during treatment. He answered all my questions patiently without any pressure, and I really appreciated his thorough and friendly approach. Kyle made the whole decision-making process feel easy and confident. The technician, Andrae, provided excellent service. He, was professional and courteous, and explained everything in detail while doing a thorough job.
I was one "sold" this service by Jackson who signed a contract on my behalf for 18 months. I probably would have already signed up but don't appreciate this forgery. Second, I had to call several times as the techs would only come to spray for about 5 minutes and sometimes scrub, sometimes don't. They then had one tech come out the next 2 times to do a better job and take their time but then after that we're back to 5 minute spray and leave. I live in the country so I need the full visit that I pay for every time. The last tech apparently quit servicing my house because I asked for a copy of the contract. Why? The reason I post now is because of today. I was charged a cancellation fee of $270.63. I blatantly stated I did NOT want to cancel. I had to call and tell them to refund as I was not cancelling and never did and they said "sorry this has now been refunded". Romex did not give an explanation as to why they cancelled on my behalf. They said they saw my text that I don't want to cancel but because I did not answer the phone they did cancel. Under what cause unbeknownst to me. I then expressed how many issues I have been having with the lack of work and forgery of my signature has caused major distrust and to pay the $150+ per month when I never receive the full job is extremely disappointing. The representative just said "is that all". I said "that's it? I express all these issues and all you have to say is nothing in return?" and yes that was our conversation and he said to have a good day and we hung up. I will have to ride out my contract and use another company. Do not use them.
