I looked into three roofing companies and chose this roofer for my roof replacement. I was very happy with the whole experience. Oliver was responsive, answered all of my questions, and left large shingle samples so I could compare colors and materials. He clearly explained what to expect during the insurance process and worked directly with the insurance company, which made everything much easier. He was always quick to return my calls, texts, and emails, and communication stayed strong from start to finish. On the installation day, the roofing crew was respectful of my property, kept the job site organized, and took the time to do solid, quality roof work. They handled the project professionally and made sure the new roof looked great and was installed the right way for Keller weather and Texas heat. If I ever need roofing help again, I would definitely call them back. Strongly recommend this roofing company.

Clayton and Shawn did an excellent job on our roof replacement. The whole project was handled fast and professionally. We were first told the roofing schedule would take a little longer, but Shawn called a few days later to let us know an opening came up and they could begin right away if we were ready. We were, and the crew got started quickly. This was a full roof replacement, including new decking cover work, and everything was explained clearly from the start. During the job, Clayton found an issue with the gutters and brought it to our attention right away. They fixed it with only the cost of materials, which we really appreciated. William was also great to work with. He came out first to inspect the roofing problem, went over our options, and explained the pricing for each one in simple terms. He managed the process in a professional way and made everything easy. The roofing crew worked hard, kept the area clean, and made sure the new roof looked solid and well finished. We are very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

We love our Regal Brown PermaLock slate-style aluminum roof. Jace was very easy to work with during the roof selection process and shared several local roofing examples in Keller that we could look at in person, which really helped us choose the right fit for our home. Shawn was a big help with scheduling and making sure our questions got to the roofing crew quickly. The installers did a solid job, and it helped a lot to talk through details ahead of time, like protecting landscaping, avoiding damage to trees and plants, and confirming where the soffits should go. If you are also hiring gutter installers, it is smart to share the roofing system instructions with them, especially if they have not worked with PermaLock before, so everything ties in correctly and your roof drainage works well during heavy Texas rain. Overall, we are very happy with the whole roofing experience and would highly recommend this metal roofing company.

If I could give a 6-star review, I would. A big thank you to Shawn and Jace for being so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.
