Maintenance men Joshua and Jacob were very professional and extremely courteous. They worked hard all day and did a great job. And they worked just as hard cleaning up after their good work was done. I have used Renowned for over six years and I'm extremely satisfied with not only the quality of their work but how nice everyone is.

Cory did a great job. Very quick, professional, nice and doesn’t try to pressure me in to purchasing a new AC. Fast response time and office personal were also great. I’v been with them a few years and I’m never disappointed. Also, he knows right away what the problem is and gets right to repairing it.

They installed a new heat pump for me last year. I have now had to call them out three times to fix it, including twice when they failed to install proper drainage for my A/C, causing it to drain into the floor of my attic - the second time causing a large section of my ceiling to collapse. I also had to convince them to come that night to make sure water wouldn’t continue to leak into my house - they wanted to wait until they could get me on the schedule sometime the next day. The owner ended up coming over, and he talked about all the money his company makes and how he has a platinum American Express card and then offered me $1000 dollars for my “inconvenience” and to “keep me off social media,” which he never paid. It was extremely inconvenient because I had to take off work for several days for them to come out for service calls and their contractor could make repairs. I tried to be understanding despite the owner lying about compensating me for my inconvenience. The final straw was that I had to call them out when we got frigid temperatures and the owner himself came to the service call and did not remember the massive incident not even a year prior and said they had to set up the emergency heat because “someone” didn’t install it correctly. I informed them that it was them. Their company didn’t install it correctly. Apparently he did not recall being in my house with water and insulation everywhere less than six months earlier. They still charged me $50 for the service call. when they installed the unit, they also failed to advise me that the thermostats I wanted to install would require me to get up in the attic every time it got really cold and manually turn on emergency heat, even though I asked if those were okay for this system and the technician said yes. Bottom line their work sucks, and the owner is erratic and dishonest.

This company was recommended by others in our community and they are local and we needed someone to come look at our system since it quit working from the freeze we had over the weekend. Their service fee was only $50 so why not, right? Long story short the whole experience was fishy to me. The end result was a blown fuse that at first the tech couldn’t find and then all the sudden he finds the bad fuse (that was just behind the good fuse he pulled out earlier) and just happens to have a spare fuse in his pocket. When it comes to the bill the tech isn’t sure how much to charge…nothing; just the service call…well; the service call for sure…for his time (20 minutes.) Imagine how surprised I was when he said ‘Let’s call it $100.’ Now, I understand he fixed our heat and came out here. But how does one go from nothing to his the service call to double that? No transparency at all; just a ran number pulled out of his hat. $50 to replace a fuse. Lesson learned. I won’t be using them again and nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

The family is super knowledgeable and responsive. The only AC company I have worked with that actually tried to help me save money$$! Andrew and Cory are the best to work with and willing to show work and answer questions. Found my AC company!
