I called quality to do a repair on my roof and they were very quick to send someone out. The same day that I called, Chase showed up at my house to get me all fixed up. Not only did they come out quick, but their prices were very reasonable. Their ratings are very well deserved, Chase was great to work with!

One of the best companies I've ever witnessed in the roofing industry. The source of brilliance and integrity comes from the owner Mr Duncan. He is the best in the business and he uses top quality products. If you're looking for honesty, top shelf materials, incredible customer service, warranty you can count on, and professional installation then look no further!!! I had Quality put a new commercial roof on my business, the West Side Cafe a year and half ago. We received a 1 year warranty on workmanship. Called Duncan numerous times and it was very difficult to get them to come out. Now, 6 months after the warranty expired, I am paying another roofer to fix their mistakes. Leaking seams, bad seals. Very bad job and poor customer service.

I've had the pleasure of choosing Quality Construction for several projects. First was my roof replacement after a storm and second was a shower remodel along with other various repairs including my fence. I love that the owners have lived in North Texas all their lives, and are located right here. I have loved working with Quality and will no doubt choose them to help with future projects as well. Jeff and Amy are wonderful people who truly care about your home and treat you like family .

Chris Evans approached me and let me know that he noticed several shingles missing off of my roof. He was extremely kind, thorough, professional and put me at complete ease immediately upon meeting him. He offered to repair the ones that were missing while I start the ball rolling and getting a much needed roof replacement. I will definitely use this company for my future roof repairs and any needs along the way. I highly recommend them with complete confidence as I know that each customer will be treated with the utmost professionalism and care just as I was today! Thank you Chris for all your help.
