We had an outstanding experience with Professional Garage Concepts on multiple projects at our home in Keller, Texas. Their team installed epoxy garage floor coatings in both our home garage and our new shop, including an extra-thick top coat that turned out fantastic. They also handled the garage doors and openers for the shop, and every part of the job was done exactly right. The finished product looks great and feels like tremendous value for the quality delivered. What really stood out was the consultative approach from the owner, Shaun. These are products and services most homeowners don’t purchase often, so having someone knowledgeable walk through the options made a huge difference. Shaun took the time to make sure I understood the choices and felt confident in the solution we selected. That eliminated any worry about buyer’s remorse. Our overall project took place across several phases over multiple months since we were building both a new home and a new shop. Professional Garage Concepts stayed consistent the whole way through with excellent communication and reliability, which is not always easy on long projects. Another plus is their storefront right on Highway 377 in Keller. I had actually been waiting for them to move from Grand Prairie to Keller, so it’s great having them local now. Their showroom stocks a large selection of products, and they also have the skilled installation team to handle everything. Bottom line: spot-on service, excellent workmanship, and a company that genuinely cares about getting it right. I would absolutely use Professional Garage Concepts again and highly recommend them to anyone considering garage flooring, doors, storage systems, or related upgrades.

Our experience with Professional Garage Concepts (Daniel & Shaun) was fantastic. We were in need of a total makeover of our rug washing pit in Whitehouse, Texas. When we began looking for quotes, Shaun not only was the first contractor to call us back, but he was by far the most professional. He took the time to educate us on what kind of floor solution we needed and gave us a straightforward timeline on when it could be done. Then, we began working directly with Daniel. Daniel was fantastic. There were no issues during the removal of the existing paint coating and the installation of the new one. He checked in with us regarding the progress of the job and got it all done without disrupting our business at all. We are thrilled with the results of the washing pit, and our customers cannot wait to see the dirty water that comes out of their rugs during the wash thanks to Professional Garage Concepts. We 10/10 recommend them for any of your garage, shop, or workspace needs.

I had a great experience with Professional Garage Concepts in 2022. When my son, who is older now, broke the door again, I already had their number saved. I hope I won’t need their help again, but if I do, I know I can trust them. I called at night after hours, and they set up my appointment for the next day. The technician was friendly and brought all the parts he needed. When we needed a few adjustments, he came back right away without any hesitation. My garage door is 50 years old, and he fixed it with no problem.

Had a broken garage door spring and could not open yhe door.They came out the same day and fixed it. Super nice people they do great work.. highly recommend. 10+.
