Friendly, but high cost for missed basic car wash work. Paid shy of $300 to detail car inside and out and they didn't bother to do the basics without us having to go back and point out plenty of missed spots. We got a call from the manager Joe to follow up about our complaint. Upon telling him the issues he tried saying we should have been told if the car was too dirty to choose a different package. Mind you, we don't have pets nor children. So, no, the car wasn't too dirty. They just mostly focused on the engine bay. Back tire had a bit of sand. Usually not a problem, but an agriculture concern when shipping. Joe did offer to have someone come out and do it over but by this point it is an inconvenience as we were moving off island. We were also told that if we wanted "showroom ready" it costs about $1k. $300 isn't enough money for them to cover the basics.

I brought my Audi A5 in for a full interior detail and ceramic coating, and I’m honestly blown away. It looks better now than the day I bought it! They managed to get out stains that I thought were permanent. The attention to detail even in the tiny crevices like the air vents and cup holders was incredible. Highly recommend if you want your car to feel brand new again!

I’ve taken our 2010 Honda Fit and 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman to Pristine Automotive Detailing both for a complete interior and exterior detail. For a great price, they did an amazing job which included a detail of the engine bay and headlight restoration. I also opted for the 3-year ceramic coating for the MINI. I would recommend Nick and others who work at Pristine Automotive Detailing. In the future I will come back for any detailing needs.

Owner Joseph and his team at Pristine Automotive Detailing did an excellent job with the ceramic coating on my car. The results are outstanding. The finish is incredibly smooth and shiny, making my vehicle look brand new. Not only does it enhance the appearance, but it also provides excellent protection against dirt, stains, and minor scratches. The hydrophobic properties are a game-changer; water beads right off, making it a breeze to keep my car clean. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Joseph and his team at Pristine Automotive Detailing, and it's a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to maintain the beauty and longevity of their vehicle.

Customer service here is solid. Timelines are met, but cost is high for missed Detail work. Common areas like door jams, top of my jeep with bird poo spots, under the hood when applying wax etc (can see extra wax in the engine bay), sand on carpet, which I know is hard to get 100%, but I have seen it done at prices you are asking. Again, still solid work but price is not matching with expectations. Will I come back? Absolutely, because you guys keep your word in guaranteeing customer satisfaction which right now is a rare quality businesses have nowadays. I want to give a 5 star but I want to see this place get better when delivering a car back. Recommendations; Spend more time with a car and cutbacks to workload. Have checklists on your T.V. showing what the customer paid for and a review with customer of expectations. Thank you guys for busting your buttand I hope too see you guys in 5 years!
