We were a first time customer with Polly Plumbing; we were nervous to try a new plumbing company, but we picked Polly Plumbing due to their very good reviews and good vibes from their website. We needed to have 1 leaky outside water pipe/spout/valve replaced. Calling and setting up an appointment was very easy, and they tried to fit us in ASAP. Communication texts and emails were excellent about how the first visit’s evaluation works, when our plumber would be coming, and when he arrived as well. Very prompt! Russell was very knowledgeable, and extremely patient with explaining the costs and options after examining our issue. We actually decided to have all 3 outside water pipes and spouts replaced and upgraded since they were all the same old age and not up to current code, and additionally we also saw the benefit to have an easier to access water line shut-off closer to the house. It was a really big job, also requiring a brick mason to redo the brickwork around all the water spouts that needed to be drilled into and taken out. Russell was able to provide a contact for this extra work and reached out to them for us, which was very helpful. The brickwork done afterwards looked excellent - we thankfully had extra bricks for them to use, but they would have been able to get some as well. Russell and Polly Plumbing did their utmost to clearly communicate everything that was happening, and their calm professionalism really helped make the week less stressful for us, as the work took several days and the water needed to be shut off for one of those days. It’s always a bit nerve-wracking to have work done around your house, but again, Russell and Polly Plumbing made an excellent first impression and treated us well, and we appreciated all their hard work as well as the work of their subcontractors. We are very relieved to now have a plumbing company we can trust for future repairs, and we are glad to be their customers!

We have been looking for a plumber and SO happy we found Russell at Polly Plumbing. They did excellent work and even when they couldn’t fix something- they allowed us to get the part through warranty and came back to install without upcharging (as previous companies) would have. Highly recommend!

Polly Plumbing (Daniel) was incredibly professional, perfectly on time, clear and concise with what was needed for the repair and the estimated time that it would take! 1000% recommend. I will absolutely use them again and recommend to clients.

This was an all around exceptional experience! I have never felt more at ease with having a service provided within my home. Knowing exactly WHO was arriving and when, provided me with a sense of safety and control over my schedule for the day. I have never seen a service that provides you with real time updates on arrival, and I wouldn’t want to have it any other way. To top it all off, Brent provided me with amazing customer service, explaining everything clearly and ensured all my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. I am very grateful for his knowledge, as the tankless water heater I originally requested would not have been suitable for my home, and instead provided me an alternative solution. I cannot recommend Polly Plumbing enough!

Woke up to water running down my front porch and down the street on 7/3! Called polly plumbing at 8am. Plumber was there with 45 minutes to assess the situation. Ben was the absolute best from start to finish! Stayed an hour late to fix my pipes on a holiday friday! Excellent service from dispatch to finish!
