This was my first time leaving my cat overnight anywhere! It was a great experience. They had a good bit of options for my pet. I gave my cat playtime and was informed of how he was doing! I was very impressed with their professionalism of everyone there and their love for my animal! I gave very specific instructions for my cat and they provided me with his status. I also received this gorgeous photo of my boy!! I loved this facility and will 100% be coming back and using them again in the case that I have to go on vacation again!!!!!

PetSuites of Greenville is the BEST!!!! My two boys LOVE going there!!! Ollie is 6 months old and Roscoe is 4 years old! When I ask, “Do you want to go to doggie daycare “ They literally RUN to the front door and sit until I get ready for work. I did my first enrichment for Roscoe & Ollie on Monday. They LOVED it!!! PetSuites did an amazing job sending me GREAT pictures of the boys and giving me a detailed run down on how they like the enrichment. Ollie LOVED it and played soooooo hard!!! Roscoe LOVED it too but was ready to get back with his friend in the yard to play and sun bathe! lol. (That’s definitely Roscoe…. Playing with baby brother for a bit, then time to get back to his friends) I LOVE that they LOVE going to doggie daycare. Alana and her wonderful staff take such GREAT care of my boys!!!! They treat them like their own!!! I recommend PetSuites 100000%

We have a young puppy (about 6 months old, though we’re not entirely sure since she was found at a dump). She’s a GSP/greyhound mix with a lot of energy and some behaviors likely from her past. We spoke with the staff, and they seemed willing to work with her given her high energy and background. We tried for a couple of weeks, but ultimately it was not a good fit. The dogs are placed in a large group with only one staff member in the area at a time. After watching the camera, we noticed our dog was consistently being humped by other dogs. When she reacted, she would be pulled from the group, but there didn’t appear to be any correction for the dogs initiating the behavior. We also received repeated messages describing her as aggressive or vicious. In our experience, this was not accurate—she has shown no signs of aggression at home and lives peacefully with both a cat and another dog. She is full of energy and doesn’t stop but not aggressive. Additionally, we were contacted multiple times about her being injured, and she came home with cuts on her leg. Each time we picked her up, she was visibly shaking, and we often had to carry her inside when dropping her off. Communication was also very difficult. They did not respond to texts or phone calls consistently. On the last day, I left work to speak with them in person, and I was told I could have just called—even though I had tried multiple times and was told they were busy. We have since moved her to another facility down the road, and she is doing fantastic. While this place may work for some dogs, it was not a good fit for a dog that needs more structure and supervision.

Our 5 year old lab always has a fun stay at PetSuites. We have boarded our lab multiple times. We love to check in and watch her playing with friends on the camera. We opt to have her groomed after a boarding and they always do a great job getting our girl clean with a bath, brushing, and nail trim.

I am so grateful for Pet Suites!! The facility and the care our pets is awesome!! The staff is so courteous, caring, and attentive to each and every fur baby that enters the door!! They take time and don’t rush !! Awesome place! Live Pet Suites and all the staff…. Also, the groomers are awesome, too!💕🐶
