Patrick's Roofing the best experience I've ever had with a roofing company! Patrick came out after the hail storm on 4/25/26 to assess damages. Patrick was very thorough with explaining the process and always kept me informed. Patrick's crew were on time and extremely organized. The crew was detailed and replaced any wood they found damaged and used high grade materials throughout. Patrick also went out of his way to get the color shingle I wanted. When the job was done the crew cleaned up, like they were never there. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend Patrick's Roofing! Thank you, Patrick and crew!

We cannot say enough good things about Patrick's Roofing. Awesome communication, very detailed explanation of service, great quality roofing material, honesty with tons of integrity and a awesome work crew that does an excellent job for the installation and cleanup. Patrick made the process easy by explaining what to expect from the insurance company from start to finish and was really good at returning calls. Patrick's roofing was the mid-priced quote of the several that I solicited. The quality of the CertainTeed product that they used and their 25-year track record without complaints in the better Business bureau sold me on their company. The crew was professional, thorough, and fast. They did a fantastic job roofing my house and the cleanup was amazing. The owner, Patrick, did inspection of my attic to avoid problems, checked in with me several times during the project, and did a walk around of the house and yard after the crew left to make sure they hadn't missed anything. Great company, great work!

April 2017 we had a series of hail storms come through the Little Elm area. My roof needed replacing so I called Patrick's Roofing based on my friend's excellent recommendation. Before calling Patrick I had 3 roofing companies all trying to get me to hire them. All of them were very high pressure and doing all of the things I've been told to avoid. Mainly they were asking to see my insurance paperwork, asking what my deductible was, and they were telling me to hire them because they were "locals". I could tell Patrick right away would be a pleasure to deal with. He was always professional and courteous. Phone calls and text messages were responded to promptly. I really liked how Patrick would say, "If I'm lucky enough to earn your business...". That made me feel really good about Patrick and how he runs his business. I needed a new roof and he knows he had to earn my business. The entire process was very straight forward and pleasant. Patrick does a great job explaining the different types of shingles available and the benefits of upgrading. His roofs have a 5 year leak proof guarantee. After explaining to me his process and showing the material he uses, I can see why he faithfully guarantees his work for 5 years. On install day, Patrick discovered the shingles that had been delivered were the wrong color. Patrick apologized for the very rare mistake and did his best to make it right. Within 30-45 minutes his supplier dispatched another flatbed tractor trailer with the correct shingles. His crew took an early lunch while waiting for the shingles to be delivered so it wasn't really time wasted. With the minor setback they were still completed by 4:30pm. I didn't feel like Patrick's crew was rushed in order to finish even though they were delayed. They did a fantastic job and my new roof looks and performs wonderfully. Patrick's crew did a great job cleaning up after finishing. My yard was debris free and I have yet to find a nail anywhere around my house. They even used a leaf blower to clear my gutters of the shingle grit. I also have to commend them for taking down the numerous wasp nests around my house including one gigantic one under the apex. Overall I am very happy with my new roof and the entire experience. Patrick will treat you right if you give him the opportunity to earn your business.
