If you need to be seen ASAP, your pets will be in good hands!! My dog swallowed chicken bones which is an emergency for a small dog like him. I brought him in and was seen right away for triage. They delivered a clear care plan with options if I wanted to pay for extra X-ray analysis and got to work right away. They were really efficient and I did paperwork while they were working on my dog. Thankfully he chewed the bones really small and they gave me all the necessary info for monitoring him and follow up. The whole team from front to back was super friendly and they checked up with me multiple times to make sure my dog was ok. Their clinic was also the cleanest vet office I’ve ever visited!! Super grateful to have such an awesome doctor as an alternative to ER. They also do primary care for exotics which I’ve heard from bird owners is very hard to find! I wish the doctor did primary care for dogs because she was so kind and thorough. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but they will always be my first choice for urgent needs! Ty guys!

Finding an emergency exotic vet on a weekend is extremely difficult, especially when you have a sweet bunny in need. Luckily I found Pasadena Veterinary Urgent Care! Dr. Maryam Alemzadeh literally saved Rex's life. I was turned away from other vets because they didn't treat bunnies and another clinic said it was going to be a six hour wait. Rex did not have six hours to wait and her staff immediately got him in. Thank you for saving my babies life. She called the next day to follow up and to check on Rex and review his treatment plan and talk about what we are going to do in the future to address another potential issue with him and monitor him. I will be recommending Pasadena Veterinary Urgent Care to any and all bunny parents

Amazing experience and super helpful staff. Our bunny was not eating or pooping and our near by Doctors were not in. We called ahead to this place and told us that they had an exotic Doctor in but we had to bring him in as soon as possible just because they reach capacity fast. Luckily we got there on time and our bunny was treated. They gave us options on what we wanted done to our bunny and at no point felt forced to pay such a high price. The communication from everyone here was amazing and we felt like we left this Urgent Care more informed about bunnies then we do leaving from our local Vet. Thank you to everyone here and our bunny is running around and eating like before.

Daniela, Raven & Dr. Edstrom were so kind & helpful. I called when noticed my 3 month kitten had diarrhea with blood & worms. They told me it was walk in only & were upfront about the pricing. Thankfully I was seen fairly quickly (there were 2 other people in their exam rooms; i was the only one in the waiting room). Daniela & Raven offered me coffee / water while I waited to be seen. I felt extremely welcome; they were patient & thorough with the intake process. Dr. Edstrom was very detailed and informative. She went through the tx plan & at no point did I feel like I was forced to pay for the recommendations. The vet tech was kind, explained each recommendation on screen & visually demonstrated the medication administration. Thank you to everyone here. I’m recommending them to everyone I know. Lol. I wish they were my routine vet. Haha.

My pet is now a regular patient at Pasadena Veterinary Urgent Care because when she had an accident, we took her to Dr. Maryam Alemzadeh and her office (Andrea and Raven), who provided outstanding care, compassion, and kindness, and as a result, she began feeling better immediately.
