They were awesome!!! He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work. It’s hard to find someone who is both honest and skilled. We had a water leak that we thought had been resolved after a different company came out and “fixed” our toilet. Turns out, that’s was not our source for the leak, so we called Panther City Plumbing for a new set of eyes. Austin was very professional, timely, and considerate. He explained the situation (the leak was actually coming from the pipe in our wall) and process well, which allowed us to make the best decision. Additionally, booking was easy, and I appreciated the text updates! Overall great (and quick!) experience!
I actually found panther city plumbing in Reddit of all places! I was looking for someone who’s reputable and trustworthy and Issac and Jonathan were both! They were so kind, and they got my garbage disposal fixed quickly. I also feel like the price was fair! I will definitely call them if I need anything in the future.
