Hunter from miles pest services was very helpful and informative when he came to visit. We had miles come out because our home has quite a few pests and insects that we wanted to control. Hunter was very helpful in helping my wife and I find the best plan for our home to take care of the pests without trying to upsell us. Hunter was very informative and even let me know that we had a slight HVAC leak in the attic. Friendly quality service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

After being a loyal customer with this company for years, I’m honestly disappointed to say that I can no longer recommend them. For years, the customer service was excellent. Every technician they sent out always did a great job, and I truly never had issues with the actual service itself. That’s what makes this situation even more unfortunate. The reason for my negative review is because after selling my home and cancelling my service, the company is now attempting to charge me for an additional 3 months. Their reasoning is that they already treated the property. That makes absolutely no sense to me. Why would I continue paying for services tied to a property I no longer own? I sold the house. The service no longer benefits me, and I no longer have possession of the property. Charging someone for future service obligations after they no longer own the home is unreasonable. I spent 48 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this matter professionally, but the conversation went nowhere. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, the representative became dismissive and ultimately hung up on me simply because I made it clear that I would not pay for services connected to a property I no longer own. Very disappointing experience from a company I once respected and highly recommended!

5 Stars All the Way! We've been using Myles Pest Services for years now, and they continue to impress every single time. Their team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. Anytime we've had a concern, they’ve been quick to respond and eager to make things right—no questions asked. Most recently, they came out to handle a beehive situation in our yard. Not only did they treat the problem thoroughly, but they also went the extra mile and removed the outdoor chest the hive was in—saving me the time and hassle of having to deal with it myself. Total lifesavers! Bonus points: they were super kind to my son, who was fascinated by the whole process. They took the time to show him the hive up close and made it a fun, educational moment he won't forget. Professional, personable, and just downright awesome—Myles Pest Services is the kind of company you actually look forward to having over. Highly recommend!
