Yesterday Adrian installed 2 split systems for us, and did such an excellent job! After giving us a reasonable, transparent and fair quote, the works were completed so quickly just 6 days later. Adrian was so knowledgeable about his trade and patiently explained the whole process step by step, answering all our many questions, and even patiently repositioning the outdoor unit after we mistakenly told him to put it in the wrong spot. He even met our request to use colorbond trunking to match our brick walls. Above all he was very polite, professional, tidy, honest and punctual, and even kindly fixed our faulty light switch for free, that a previous electrician did a botched installation on. It was a pleasure having Adrian do the job and we couldn’t fault him. Even at the end of a very long and tiring work day, Adrian still had the patience and kindness to go through with us on how to use the remote controls for the splits and to give us info about the warranty - I’m sure by this point, most others would have just told us to read the instruction manual so they could leave. There was just so much care and concern throughout the whole process, from taking his shoes off to enter our house on the rainy day of our quote so he wouldn’t dirty our floors, to taking the time at the end of a very long day to show us which switches on the electrical board corresponded with which units, and patiently testing our units to ensure they worked before he left. We are so grateful to you Adrian and Melbourne Electrical Co for your exceptional work ethic, and for going above and beyond!!! We will definitely count on you again next time we need an electrical job done.

Adrian was fantastic to deal with. He arrived on time, kept everything clean and tidy, and was honest about what actually needed to be done rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work. It was really refreshing to deal with someone so genuine and professional. After contacting Melbourne Electrical I was given a time to expect someone to call and I was also updated with any time changes. I was given and agreed on a quote before the work was commenced. I had 3/4 of my house without power and Melbourne Electrical Co was able to assist me same day. Adrian was polite and respectful. I was able to track his ETA to my home and to plan accordingly. He took the time to explain the work undertaken and answer my questions. I was very happy with their visit and will use their services again.
