It's a little weird to review a McDonalds; the food is so consistent and well-known that I can't think of anything to say that hasn't been said. I do notice in the new store format and computer ordering it's hard to find peeople as they behind the "screen" working and fulfilling drive-thru and orders. I think that is the new normal. Hard-working people for sure and pretty good on this visit.
We waited for over 25 minutes for 3 iced coffees that I placed via the app. When the drinks were finally ready, no drink carrier given, no straws or napkins around. The drinks looked horrible. Did not drink them- promptly pitched them in the trash can outside! Ridiculous! Go to another McDonalds!
This is my go-to McDonald’s as of now; I have no complaints at all - I sometimes frequent there twice in one day :-) I hope I continue to have positive experiences and I will continue to return probably weekly, if not daily.
I came to McDonald at 2:50am, ready to order at the drive thru they stated the store was closed but we mentioned it was a 24hr McDonald, mind you this whole time the person taking the order had a attitude from the beginning,after they changed it up and said they were only taking mobile orders , we started placing our order on the mobile app and he continued to hurry us and mention that they closed at 3 again it’s a 24hr McDonald we placed the order before 3am and got to the window the guy at the window was very rude and we mentioned that we didn’t need a receipt and he said you do because a car had cut infront of us and they didn’t know what we had, we got to the 2nd window and waited max 15mins the worker came and told us if we wanted another sauce because they didn’t have bbq (with attitude) we asked for different sauces once we received our food fries were very salty overly salty ,and chicken nuggets not cooked we’ll DO BETTER!
I was at the McDonald’s at 35 Rutherford Street in Greenville sc. To preface this email I want to say is I have worked in food service before and I know what is expected. Also I do not care what race you are or where you come from but all the same the guy that was at the second window made me feel so uncomfortable because when I saw him reach back and pull his pants up which were sagging off his butt exposing his underwear and when I saw that I asked him to change his gloves because I saw him pull up his pants. He got an attitude and yes I became upset and he said that he was having a bad day too he was going to get his manager. When manager got to the window the worker stood right beside him and I asked him to let me speak to manager alone and he got another attitude and said he could stay if he wanted to and I asked again and manager had him walk off and I explained why I was upset . The worker was still off to the side when he could see me. I am not going to eat from this location again. I thought about getting a refund but I was so upset and a line was forming behind me. I am throwing the food away . This is unacceptable
