My experience with Masons. First off, I was well aware that it was going to cost a lot ($10K+) and major work on my brand new Nissan Rouge with less than 200 mi! Diamond was compassionate. The estimate was very detailed and communication regarding changes on any costs and timelines were always clearly relayed to me. The work: the body work looks perfect. The car drives perfect. They assured me they are they if there are ever any questions about their work and everything is warranted. I picked up my Rouge Rock Creek yesterday and feel very confident about selecting Masons to do this work.
Quick service on our SUV after the car shark fin antenna and the garage door had a fight. The car was fixed in less than a week after the damage. Very transparent communication. Bodywork is perfect, and the radio, Apple Carplay and navigation work perfectly as well.
