What a phenomenal burger lunch! This burger alone is the right portion. No food coma here. The beef patty is seasoned, moist, and flavorful with sweet pickles on the side. The bun is toasted, soft, and didn’t fall apart! The Burger has the right amount of spread, tomato, inion, and mixed greens. Such a delicious burger could’ve been topped it off with a guava plantation iced tea. the potato medallion is fried. I didn’t finish. I think this burger plate would be better if served with classic garden salad. The spring green while beautiful is dry to eat after finishing such a deluxe burger. The clam chowder has plenty of clam bits.
You have to go to the one at Nimitz. For some reason this one has a better atmosphere than the one at International Market. My daughter and I sat at the bar (faster if you don’t want to wait for a table). Our server was very quick and kind. Our food didn’t take very long to come either. The food was really good. I also love their toasted butter rolls that come out first. On the way out I always stop to get some goodies to take home.
This place is where we are most of our lunches while working nearby. Everything on the menu is really good. A lot of comfort food, breakfast, and lunch. The Ham, cheese, & avocado, sandwiches are amazing, and the pork belly locomoco is a near second. The chicken and mushroom dish is also wonderful. The servers have always been friendly too.
My sister who lives in Hawaii raved about this place so we went to pick to some pastries. So many options and everything looked delicious. Cream puffs, eclair, danish and other pastries were good. It was at the end of the day, so maybe it was not as fresh as morning time. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and price seems reasonable and place was inviting. Next time we will definitely check out other food and pastries.
Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. Loco mocos are delicious here. I always get the sweet iced coffee. The bakery area has many pastries. Good place to get a birthday cake on short notice.
