This was, without exaggeration, the worst service experience I have ever had. My husband had been using this company for a couple of months and—aside from the fact that they arrived late the first two times—the actual car washing had been decent. I’m not sure whether they outsource their workers or use their own employees, but what happened during this most recent appointment was unacceptable. Today’s appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM. I didn’t go to work so I could be home for the service. The worker did not arrive until 10:01 AM. He claimed he had been trying to contact my husband, but my husband is at work and cannot sit by his phone waiting for messages—especially when an appointment was already confirmed and someone was physically present at the house waiting. From 10:01 AM to 11:40 AM, this individual barely did anything. He vacuumed part of one car, sprayed water on another, and that was essentially the extent of his “work.” When I confronted him about the lack of progress, he became hostile, insulted me, used profanity, and behaved in an extremely unprofessional and offensive manner. He eventually packed up his equipment and left without completing the job. Not only did he leave both cars dirty, but he also wasted my time, treated me disrespectfully in my own home, and failed to provide the service I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the company refused to issue a refund. I will never use their service again. This experience was unacceptable on every level: unprofessional behavior, wasted time, incomplete service, and complete disregard for customer respect and safety. We have a 13-year-old car that’s been through everything a family car goes through. We kept up with regular car washes, but as any parent knows, the real challenge is the inside—kids can turn cleaning into a full-time job if you don’t stay on top of it. So we decided to treat our trusted car to a spa day at Like New Car… and wow. When we picked it up, we were honestly stunned. It looked flawless—literally like a brand-new car. They steam-cleaned and shampooed the interior, getting into all those hard-to-reach areas you don’t even think about, and they even cleaned under the hood, which was totally unthinkable for us. Seeing what our car could look like after 13 years was mind-blowing. Highly recommend Like New Car. The team was so friendly and accommodating, and the results speak for themselves.

Trini, OG and the car detail crew did an outstanding job cleaning my interior. There was stains on ceiling, seats, doors. All cleaned and disappeared. The car had a lot of sand in carpets, it’s all good. Now thanks to these guys, my interior smells better and it’s all cleaned. Reasonable price. For just interior only work. Thanks Like New Car Detailing…

The guys at Like New Detailing did a fantastic job with my 4Runner. I gave them a vehicle covered in mud, sand, dog hair, and crumbs from a toddler. They gave the car new life and the interior looks brand new. Highly recommend!
