I was visiting my son in Fort Worth in early April 2026 and we decided to call Lee Air Services who had been highly recommended to us, to get a quote on insulating his attic. Brandon Paonessa came out, checked things out, did some measuring and then sat down with us and told us what he thought we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable. My son asked about radiant barrier insulation for the roof in the attic. We ended up getting the radiant barrier and a higher RA number because, well, it's Texas. It's so hot! Brandon explained he would be the one doing the installation and taking care of every detail. He sent a quote the next day and the work started a few days later. Brandon came along with another man, Zach to get the job done. They did an amazing job. Cleaned up everything. Had my son go up and see the work that had been done and make sure he was happy with everything. We both highly recommend Lee Air Services and Brandon Paonessa and Zach Williams. Nice job. Thanks!

Brandon has been a long time go to partner for our heating and ac needs. I found Lee Air Services after one of the bigger companies in the area kept trying to sell me on replacing relatively new units. Today, after helping us to get the most out of our oldest unit, they replaced a 15 year old unit. Work was done with quality and the cost was reasonably priced.

I will say, if I ever need anything done again on my A/C or HVAC system ever again I will be using Lee air service and will specifically be asking for Brandon. Came home from work today around 4 to find that my A/C had gone out, called these guys as a standby just in case the current tech that was supposed to come didn’t show and boy am I glad I did. About 45 minutes after the first guy was supposed to show up I gave Brandon a call and asked if he could come save me from the situation I was in, within 30 minutes he had left the comfort of his home where he was already finished for the day, threw on some shoes and was at my front and immediately got to work. Within the hour he had figured out what the issue was and got to work on fixing it without trying to push any upselling at all was truly focused on the task at hand which was just get the system back up and running again as the temperature in my house had already reached a very comfortable 92 degrees! Brandon was super professional, polite, and extremely transparent on what he believed needed to be done right in that moment and what he recommended to be done to prevent future issues and in my case disasters. Once he finished up he packed up all of his tools and gear showed me all the pictures he took and an invoice detailing all of what he did along with all the reasons why he did them! Like I said very transparent! If you ever find yourself in an emergency HVAC situation or even just looking to do regular maintenance I highly recommend Brandon P. With Lee Air Services!!

This is the fourth Lee air system install for me. All have been first rate. They know what they’re doing , quality install and come back to check it all out. Lee air and Brandon are great
