I fully agree with Deborah Anderson's review from a few years ago - - Keller's fence posts rot quickly and do not last as long as they should. I discovered the reason which is they install smaller fence posts than what they stated they would install in the contract. Keller replaced my 6-foot privacy fence with a new fence, and they told me the fence would last 15-20 years. After a little more than 10 years, several fence posts started leaning and sagging and I could see that the base of the posts had rotted heavily. Now disappointed with Keller, I called another contractor to fix the fence. This contractor told me the problem was caused by Keller using 3.5" fence posts instead of the standard 4.0" fence posts which resulted in premature rot failure. I checked my contract with Keller and it clearly stated that 4.0" fence posts would be used. I find it very hard to believe that this was just an honest mistake as the installer would have easily been able to tell that the wrong size posts were provided. This has caused me all sorts of hassle and time/expense as I have had to fix the fence numerous times over the years. Avoid Keller or at least make sure they install the correct size and quality of materials that they have stated in the contract.

Fantastic company with hard working crews! Fencing services that are provided are top notch, high quality products and they will continue to provide to their customers even after a job is done. Would highly recommend.

Keller did a great job from start to finish. From the people who came to do the bid, to the scheduler, to the construction crew: all were exceptionally sweet, communicative and competent. They were flexible when we needed to implement changes to the plan, and completed the project before they said they would. Look no further, they don't disappoint.

Really horrible company. My parents had a house fire and these people came after me and actually sent an attorney to serve me papers even though I had nothing to do with the house at that time. They sent someone who harassed my teenage daughter when I wasn’t home. Ultimately my parents paid for the fence many times over in rental fees. Very poor communication . They have some salesman who are basically vultures. Definitely would not recommend.

I am so impressed and grateful for this team. My old fence fell down at the end of December and, thanks partly to unseasonably warm weather, Keller had my fence removed and replaced within a few days. Days. I'm so appreciative. They did fantastic work as other reviews have mentioned. Thank you so much to the Keller team!
