We shopped around several contractors for refinishing our existing wood floors and came back to Keller Design Floors for a few reasons. First, their staff, (specifically Brett, Kayla and Miguel) were kind, knowledgeable and very attentive. Miguel came out and gave us several samples and made helpful recommendations for us. Never tried to upsell us! Second, they do great work and are fairly priced. Grateful to have found and we highly recommend them and will use them again for our other flooring needs!
We just bought a house and had Keller Floors install new manufactured hardwood through most of the house and new carpet in a couple of the bedrooms. Brett was fantastic to work with in finding the shade of wood we were looking for and the carpet to match our style. They were very flexible when it came to installation as we were also having other work done on the house and had some delays that they had to work around. The installers did a great job in installing the floors but wish they would have done a little more on cleanup afterwards. With that said we are very happy with the whole process and would definitely use Keller again for any of our flooring needs.
After years of wanting to replace our builder-grade floors, I finally made it happen. I purchased the planks directly from them and hired their team to handle the full installation across 3,100 square feet — including removing old glued down engineered wood floor, installing new floors and replacing all the baseboards throughout the house. The project was completed in just 3.5 weeks. Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out — highly recommend!
Overall we are very pleased with our experience with Keller Design Floors. We shopped at several local floor stores and one big box store and decided to keep our business in Keller. After doing some comparisons, we found that Keller Design Floors had the best prices for replacing the carpeting in our two guest bedrooms, upstairs office and stairs. Brett quickly provided a quote and promptly scheduled measuring. Most of the stars in this rating go to the installers. They were on time, respectful when moving our furniture, worked hard, didn't rush through the job and were conscientious about cleaning up after completion. They were a father and son team. It rained hard that day so they used our garage to cut the carpet and keep everything dry. We appreciated Brett's no-pressure approach, but at the same time would have liked a proactive touchpoint from the sales side prior to the installation appointment and a phone call afterward to ensure we were satisfied -- that could be an area for improvement.
We had wood floors done in some additional bedrooms, and they did an excellent job matching the existing flooring. The crew was professional and friendly. Beautiful work! I will use them again!
