The service Michael and his team provide is incredible! Michael supported us through buying our first home 5 years ago. His advice, support and actions during this stressful time led us to contact him again for his support when we wanted to renew our mortgage. His response time to correspondence is the quickest I’ve ever experienced, he really listened to our wants and needs before researching and recommending mortgage offers to us and he chose the best communication method every time (phone call when I needed things explained in layman’s terms & email when he needed to provide lots of information). By contacting Michael to ask for his support when remortgaging he has saved us £200 a month! I recommend Michael to everyone I speak to who mentions they are looking to buy a house or are wanting to remortgage!
Michael has so far sorted out our first mortgage, re-mortgage and the third mortgage on our new home, aswell as listing the house on our behalf. During the mortgaging process he offered sound options and advice and worked through various scenarios For listing our home for sale he was clear on every step of the process, was on time for all appointments and even helped me move last minute bits of clutter from the photos. Cannot recommend Michael and the team any more. Would have no hesitation using them in future
