Shout out to Hunter at High Tide Pools! We’ve worked with him for six months and he’s been fantastic. Our pump went out during the recent storms, and Hunter made several trips out in the cold to fix it for us. He was super upfront about the repairs and kept us in the loop the whole time. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy to look after your pool, definitely give him a call!
Hunter saved the day for my son’s birthday! We’ve used them for a couple years and they’ve been consistently great but today a sensor went out and we were unable to heat the pool for my son’s birthday party. Hunter came out on short notice and got it fixed right away! So thankful
They do such a great job. Very reliable and thorough. They send weekly reports and very responsive. Highly recommend.
Hunter came in clutch for my husband and I when we were trying to close on our home but the homeowner had sabotaged the pool. We were panicking trying to figure out what we were dealing with and how much it would cost to fix it. It was right before the fourth of July weekend and no pool company was available to help. I called High Tide and even though my new address was out of their service area, Hunter offered to answer any and all the questions we had. He was knowledge and kind and gave great advice to help us out until after the holiday weekend. We truly appreciated his kindness and expertise!
