My family and doggo have been living at the Euclid Apartment property for 8 months and the Management Office has always been professional and responsive. They offer Obligo which is amazing. Our unit is updated and has great appliances. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the neighbors are nice. I love the location and the neighborhood is pet-friendly, family oriented and safe. Villa Parke is a block away and they have a lot of recreational activities plus a farmers market every Tuesday. If I could make any suggestions, it would be to put in grass in the front of the building and doggy waste bags, some pet owners do not pick up after their dogs and may need more “encouragement”. 5/5 would recommend.

Helix Real Estate Managment is the WORST management company I have ever had to deal with! There is a huge lack of professionalism from Tobin Koziol, Adam Targan & Anna Fonseca. Helix purchased the property we were renting in 2023 & attempted to ILLEGALLY evict us all during the COVID monitorium in order to turn the apartments & make more money off of them. They did this not only to us but other complexes they manage. Sadly, renters in other complexes left out of fear. Helix then lost a multi million dollar lawsuit. If you have a maintenance issue they will do whatever they can to not have to not do it to save some money. We had an issue with mold in our shower as shown below in the photos. They tried to convince us that this was normal wear & tear by painting over it a handful of times. After 6 months of arguing with them & involving a lawyer, suddenly they could fix our mold issue. Most recently we had the Eaton Fires & the devastation lies only 3 blocks behind our property. With that being said the inside of our home smelled like smoke. We asked what our renting options were being that the place was uninhabitable. I was in shock at Anna Fonseca's insensitivity letting us know that we aren't the only ones in this situation & that we are expected to pay full rent regardless of our home smelling like smoke & being unlivable. She even went as far as to come into our home (with our permission) confirmed it smelled like smoke but still demanded that we pay rent. We lived at this property for 5 years & sadly due to the negligence by Helix & them being unwilling to make our space safe & liveable, we made the hard decision to move our family. All of these good reviews are most likely part of their monthly messages that they send to their renters requesting a good review in order to be entered in a drawing to win an Amazon gift card. The bad reviews they have are very similar experiences to mine. DO NOT rent from this company.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. They are the worst leasing company I have ever worked with. Since day one, they are impossible to get a hold of on the phone, they do not return messages, or phone calls, or text messages. No communication is their moto. Our apartment was not ready when we first moved in. Their office? No office, their address is to their PO box, not an actual office. Maintenance? Good luck trying to schedule that because they don't listen to your availability. Might as well fix it yourself. They only really start taking action when you say you will call you attorneys if they don't do anything. And they don't make anything simple, or easy, they don't make you feel at ease or taking cared of, everything you need to have a livable apartment, you have to jump through hoops for. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. So glad we are getting a new leasing agency and hope the next will be better.

Exceptional Service and Communication! I’ve had a great experience working with this property management team. They’re professional, responsive, and truly care about both the property and the tenants. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear and respectful. It’s refreshing to work with a team that’s organized, honest, and dependable. Highly recommend!

I’m currently living at Helix University Property, and I just wanted to share how impressed I am with the management here. As a tenant, I truly feel cared for. Every time I submit a request or place an order online, they respond quickly and take care of it as soon as possible. The team is always prompt, professional, and helpful. It really makes a difference to live somewhere where the management genuinely cares about the residents.
