I am very satisfied with my entire experience with HAT Plumbing, Heating and Air. I called to set up an appointment, expecting it to be the following day; however, HAT plumbing had someone out within hours of my call. Jr. provided excellent customer service. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the work being done. Due to my satisfaction with the service provided by Jr. and Alex, I did not hesitate to sign up for the Stetson Select service plan. I highly recommend HAT Plumbing, Heating and Air.

Jr. Was very professional and polite. He wore his shoe coverings in the house. Took care of the clog and rebuilt the pipes under the kitchen sink. I posted before and after pictures. I'm very happy with Jr and impressed with HAT Plumbing, hearing and AC. I will be calling them again for any of my needs. I highly recommend them a well. Thank you!

Larry with Hat Plumbing provided outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial free estimate to completing the job, he was professional, honest, and efficient. Although the membership option didn’t work out, we still received a great deal at $310 for servicing two backed-up toilets, but we gotten the snaking option. After dealing with several other companies, Hat Plumbing truly came through. I highly recommend Larry and the team for any plumbing needs. Reliable, fair, and excellent work—thank you again! I had a great experience with Hat Plumbing. The pricing was a little on the higher end, but the exceptional customer service more than made up for it. The team was professional, communicative, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Overall, the quality of service and the way they treated me as a customer made it worth it.

I had a water leak. Larry came out immediately and diagnois the problem, also dug down and cleaned the shut off box, so I can have access to the box. Found locatiom of leak and explained word for word what needed to be done. Explained the best option, and gave me the best option plan that works for me. He was so nice and pleasant, and also knew everything he was doing. Had company before that was priced so much higher before that. I am so grateful for all his help and expertise. I would so recommend Hat Plumbing Heating and Air to anyone. I got a monthly plan 143.00 monthly. Larry and I think his name was Brandon were so good. They did an amaxing job They did exceptional work, and out of their way to provide me with the best at a excellant price, so grateful to both. They worked so hard, and its so good. 10 STARS. Highly recommend this company
