Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job and I was very particular about what I wanted. I had existing CoreTEC floors in main areas of the house and wanted to complete the bedrooms and sunroom with the exact same material. I didn’t want any transitions and wanted all tie ins to be clean (pics through doorways show new floor tied into existing). I wanted baseboards pulled and reinstalled (no shoe moulding or 1/4 round). I sought quotes from several other contractors. Some couldn’t/wouldn’t source the material I wanted. Others were not detailed in their cost proposals. Floor Coverings International had everything included in the quote, price was competitive, and they executed perfectly. No surprises. They really delivered. Also, the crews were super professional, their manager and Jerry both came to the house to start the job and make sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. No regrets. I also manage heavy civil construction and I can say they were great contractors . I can’t say enough.
Jerry the salesperson was very friendly and professional. I was given many options, and the process was very clearly explained. The tiles for my backsplash were then ordered and installed in a timely manner. The backsplash looks incredible - I even leave my oven hood light on at night, so I can admire it if/when I get up during the night. I highly recommend this company!!
Jerry made our experience of getting new floors seamless and enjoyable! They brought all of the samples to our house, were very knowledgeable about the different products, and answered every question we had about them. The installation was fast and efficient. We are so pleased with the final product—when it’s time to redo flooring in other areas of our house we will use them again! If you need new floors, don’t hesitate, use FCI! Easiest process, and best product you can find, all in the comfort of your own home!
Floor Coverings International of Greenville just finished up a LVP flooring job for us in our condo. Everyone we worked with from the owner, Gerald Gray, to Theressa, the office manager, and the installation crew, were professional and up front with us on our project. We were working on a very short time line after being out of our home for 3 months on having both our bathrooms totally renavated with a different company. Gerald was able to get everything set up and meet our requirement while staying within our budget. Great followup from everyone during the project with everything looking great at the end. If we would have known the Gerald and his company could do bathroom remodeling we would have asked for a price as well. We would recommend Floor Coverings Inthernational of Greenville for any need both large or small.
Extremely pleased with the process and final product delivered by FCI GVl! This project was unique in that we turned our garage into a Gym. Jerry and his team were great to work in providing solutions and options for our new gym floor. After selections were made the project was completed in a timely manner without compromising an ounce of quality!
