We purchased a new townhouse in Greenville, SC and wanted to replace the upstairs carpet with the same LVP flooring as downstairs. Floor Boys worked diligently with us to make sure of an exact match. Their consultation and installation processes were exceptional. The crew was prompt and thorough, attending to each detail. The final product looks beautiful. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this flooring company. From the very beginning of our project in August through its completion — and even beyond — they have consistently been there for us. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us toward the best flooring choice for our lifestyle. Her expertise and patience made the entire decision process easy and reassuring — kudos to her! Bryan has been absolutely exceptional. Because we live in an upper-level unit, our neighbors below had concerns about the installation. Bryan personally spoke with them and addressed every question thoughtfully and professionally. His crew was experienced, hardworking, and respectful. They kept our home — and even the parking area — spotless throughout the project. You truly would never have guessed we were undergoing a major floor replacement. More recently, after we experienced an accident in our home, I reached out to Bryan with concerns about how the cleaning crew should care for our beautiful new floors. Without hesitation, he personally delivered detailed care instructions. That level of follow-up and service speaks volumes. We have had such a positive experience with the entire team. Ashton was also wonderful to work with, and her coordination with Costco made the rebate process seamless and quick. I highly recommend this company and the quality product they sell. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care set them apart.
From the very beginning through installation, I got great service and great carpet from Floor Boys! I love this is a SC based company run by a local family. The quote was scheduled within 12 hours of me calling and Allen came to the house the next day to let me see samples in the lighting of my home. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on the various types of wall to wall carpet. He knew the various manufacturers and the pros and cons of each, but he did it in a way that there was no high pressure sales. (Their competitor just laid out the samples and told me gray carpet was out - duh 😜) He ordered additional samples for me because I needed more time to make a decision. I went to their show room which was a pretty convenient location because I wasn’t sure about the color I chose and Allen and his wife spent enough time with me and sent yet another batch of samples so I could see them in my house. (I ended up going with the original color I liked- that’s a me problem not a Floor Boys problem). My point is they were very patient and wanted to make sure I was confident in my decision. The carpet was ordered quickly and installation was scheduled once Justin made sure the carpet met their expectations from the factory. The installers Alex and Philipe were kind, courteous and pleasant to be around while they were working. They left the house cleaner than when they got here. Their prices are competitive too! Highly recommend them. I will call them again for my wood flooring next :)
