We hired Clayton Knutson and final touch contracting for a full remodel in 23. It turned out to be a terrible experience that we continue to deal with today. We had to pay other trades to fix what he called quality. Clayton put on a nice front at first but became extremely unprofessional and would send insulting/provacative emails/texts to me and my wife. We are currently in an ongoing lawsuit with Clayton. I have included some examples of what Clayton’s work looked like on our home. Anyone hiring a contractor, I suggest background checks, and thorough contracts that address specific works and finishes.
We have an investment property in NEH that the Final Touch Team did extensive work to. Painting, flooring, both LVT and Carpet, new Oven, Light and Fans, you name it, they can do it. They even put me I. Touch with great subcontractors for HVAC and Plumbing! All at a reasonable price! They finished in a timely manner and I was able to get the home back on the market without loosing months in revenue! Thanks everyone.
We loved working with Clayton & his team! Best in the industry, great communication and follow through. He has phenomenal suggestions and guidance based on the goals you have, and he knows what will look good and what will not. He did our kitchen, bathroom and living area renovation to sell our home for top dollar - and we did! 🤩 My father in law has used his team, we have and will again. Highly recommend!
On a scale of 1 to 5 with five being the best, is how I rate Final Touch Contracting services. From the first time Final Touch Contracting entered my home to the completion of the renovation of my master bathroom suite, they were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful in all areas inside my home. We worked with Clayton, Jamie, and Robert to remodel our master bathroom as well as replace all the floors in our home with vinyl plank. The process took about a month from the initial estimates to the project's completion but Clayton was always available when we had questions. He was also very honest in his assessments, talking to us frankly if something was ill-advised or just not possible. We had to use several different suppliers and companies to acquire all the supplies we needed to complete this project but Clayton already had a list of companies lined up that he worked with on a regular basis and gave us a list of supplies we needed from each, which helped cut down a lot of the guesswork. The actual work took a little over a week and we had to move into a hotel during that time but they made the most of every day they were there. We also had a few surprises (what renovation doesn't?) but Clayton walked us through what needed to be done and handled calling in the additional help to fix them. This was a big project but we're so glad we put it in Final Touch Contracting's capable hands!
