Marcos is an OUTSTANDING contractor whose communication was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I am so thankful that he sent Mario and his crew to do our floors. Their craftsmanship and professionalism is the best we have ever encountered. Keep in mind, we priced MANY people and places, and Elegant Floors and Remodeling had the fairest prices. We are so thankful that we went with Elegant Floors.

We recently had new wood floors installed by Elegant Flooring, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We got quotes from four other local flooring companies, and Elegant Flooring was very competitive on price. From start to finish, working with Marcos and his team was a pleasure. His customer service was truly top-notch — he kept us informed during every step of the process and made it clear that his main priority was our satisfaction. The installation team worked quickly and efficiently. The custom foyer inlay design wasn’t an easy project, but they worked hard to ensure it looked exactly how we wanted. During the final walk-through, we couldn’t find a single issue. Marcos encouraged us to reach out if we noticed anything unsatisfactory after the installation, which gave us even more confidence in their work. We highly recommend Elegant Flooring to anyone looking for quality floors, quality work, great pricing, and outstanding service!

If you need your floors redone, I highly recommend Elegant Floors and Remodeling. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Marcos was fantastic to work with from being professional, responsive, and always mindful of our timeline and budget. He took the time to answer our questions, guided us through the process and made sure everything was done exactly how we envisioned. They quality of the work was incredible. Our floors look absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail really shows throughout the whole house. The crew was efficient, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and ready for us to enjoy. Elegant Floors and Remodeling came through for us in many ways! We had a short time frame to get a new flooring installed and Sammy went out of his way to accommodate our unfortunate schedule. Not only that but he also helped us stay in budget. The crews were professional, on time, great communication and the floors look better than we expected. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and we will be using them again in the future for another property. 7 out of 5 stars!!

A BIG thank you to Sammy and his team with the remodeling of our small master bathroom. One of the requests we had from the beginning was, "Please, don't let us do something stupid and something we would regret with the design." And he did just that. He could see what we not able to. We honestly needed a team that could take our needs and wants and make them a reality. Sammy was instrumental in assisting us with design and product choices. My small inefficient plain bathroom now feels so large and tranquil. I have storage galore! I felt I could trust him and knew that he our best interest in mind. We are so happy with the final outcome and would recommend his services and team to all.
