Ms. Flo and Sue were extremely helpful and provided outstanding customer service. I came in last minute because I had an emergency and needed to buy a new uniform and have it altered. Even though they closed at 5:00 PM, Ms. Flo was kind enough to help me get my uniform turned in without making me feel rushed. They even stayed open until I was finished at 6:00 PM, which I truly appreciated. Both Ms. Flo and Sue were friendly, professional, and made the whole process much easier during a stressful situation. Their patience, kindness, and stellar customer service really stood out. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Dry Clean Express at Fort Shafter. Ms. Flo was extremely helpful with my next-day rush order. I needed my rank sewn onto my patrol cap and OCP top during a holiday week when the store was scheduled to be closed. She personally assured me everything would be completed the next day, and she delivered exactly as promised. Outstanding customer service, professionalism, and reliability. Highly recommend.
Flo was super helpful in getting my OCP top ready in a few hours. They were out of some supply but she directed me to Hickam to pick up what I needed and Flo finished the sewing and patches in less than 2 hours. Awesome customer service!
