Amazing Huli Huli chicken and BBQ ribs. I recently found this food truck after living in Honolulu for many years. I highly recommend these guys. The service was excellent and the portions were large. I liked everything I ate, chicken, ribs, pork, and the sides. I will most definitely bring my Family and Friends here.
Found this place after we had the poke across the street (very good too!) Best huli huli chicken we've ever had!! Super tender and portion is big. The owner is also very nice and welcoming. MUST EAT!!!
This was the best Huli huli chicken we tried in Oahu, very authentic and a local spot. It’s a food truck in the parking lot of a shopping center. Highly recommend the chicken, rice, and Huli huli sauce. Visited late April 2026, the flavor of the chicken was excellent
Diamonds Kitchen has some of the best huli huli chicken on this side of the island! Great flame grilled chicken, amazing flavorful ribs, and the side crab salad is truly out of this world. We were blown away by the flavor the huli huli chicken. The portions were great too! The staff is so caring and treats you like family. The wife and I split a full plate and it broke da mout’.
