Ryan was great to work with, he was very helpful explaining the differences between types of carpet and providing samples for us to take home for no charge. When we decided on an option we were able to have an installation time scheduled very quickly. We are very happy with both the carpet and the installation that we purchased, it looks and feels very high quality and was a great price.

I went to DFW Flooring and met Mike Spitzbeg. He is a nice man who has lots of personality. Mike listened when I told him what I wanted and he showed me many options. He answered all of my questions. Picking the flooring was painless… I went with tile, new carpeting and new baseboards. The next step was Mike coming to my house and taking measurements and walking through the current flooring. This was a quick process, and he wrote the cost sheet up. In my opinion, the pricing was fair and I paid the required half up front. The job was quoted at 3 days but took more like 11 days. The crew was ran by Terrance Brooks. One thing I will say is important is who is in your home. You will be spending a lot of time with the contractors. Terrance and his crew were punctual and communicated with me well the time they were here. I had a great experience with DFW Flooring and Mike Spitzbeg! They really took the time to listen to my needs and provided a personalized, thoughtful approach. Even though the project took longer than originally estimated, Terrance Brooks and his crew did a great job!! The floors look Amazing and I am happy with my purchase and the experience I had with DFW Flooring.

I am very pleased with their work. The entire flooring in my house was replaced with LVP. The tile in kitchen and bathrooms was carefully removed as well as all carpeting. They did an excellent job of matching the trim around cabinets in kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend this flooring company.

We had a great experience with DFW Flooring Warehouse. I had done several google searches and found this company to have the most favorable reviews, in addition to the highest quantity of reviews. Mike Jones is a Rockstar!! He was able to match & order the existing tile in our home and was very responsive and professional through the entire experience via email and phone calls. The labor workers who did install were great too, very nice, taped everything off to avoid dust, and measured and cut the wood-tile flooring to fit the room seamlessly.
