Derek came over to check my boiler which was in bad shape. He explained all my options clearly and there was no pressure to make a decision. I agreed on what boiler i wanted and Derek fitted it. He was very professional and kind. His work was of an excellent standard and the price was very reasonable. Everything was left clean and tidy after and he took the time to explain how to use the boiler. I would definitely reccomend Derek to my friends and family.
Derek installed our new boiler last year and has just carried out its annual service. He's always been friendly, reliable and professional. I would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for a trustworthy heating engineer.
Derek initially attended to remove an old gas heater, but found a gas leak in our boiler. He ended up replacing the boiler within 48 hours, working his day off to make sure we weren't left without heating. Derek was very upfront and honest, giving us the relevant information so we could make an informed decision without pressure from him. He also ended up disconnecting the gas heater (and fixing several other minor faults...) free of charge. Derek was professional, friendly and honest throughout. We will definitely be going back to Derek for annual services and any other heating gas needs. We would highly recommend.
Derek serviced our Baxi combi boiler yesterday, professional and friendly throughout. Spent time explaining how to get maximum efficiency from the boiler. Great service at a good price. Happy to recommend.
Derek gave excellent advice on how to resolve a boiler problem in a house that we have recently moved into. He installed and commissioned a new boiler and spent time balancing radiators that had not been working properly. All good now. Derek was really pleasant to have in the house. Highly recommend
