I’ve been using Cox Pool Company for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They first helped me when my pool turned green—draining, cleaning, and restoring it back to perfect condition. Since then, they’ve provided reliable weekly service, keeping the water crystal clear and balanced. Most recently, they converted my pool to a saltwater system and installed a new pool cleaner. Luke and his team were fantastic throughout the process. Luke is always willing to explain your options without being pushy, and he genuinely wants you to feel confident in your decisions. After the installation, he even came out personally to walk me through the new equipment and make sure I was comfortable with everything. I can’t say enough good things about Noah and Luke. Two days before Christmas our pool motor blew, and they stepped in immediately to help with a last-minute replacement. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they acted fast, and the issue was fully remediated and fixed exactly to my liking. Truly impressive service, especially during such a busy time of year. Noah was very kind as the tech who completed the replacement. Thank you, Noah and Luke, for going above and beyond!
