They provide us with excuse free I.T. services, network support, firewall management, backup services along with installation of all servers. We have been more than pleased with their support and sales staff who are always ready to fix existing issues as well as help us implement new I.T. strategies to help our business grow. I have personally been the liaison between the company and EDTS and have experienced top notch support engineers who work diligently and quickly to resolve any issues. Our Account Manager , Jeff Davis, is quick to respond to any requests we make of him and is always looking for ways to improve our IT experience.
