Mr James was very helpful throughout a very difficult time in my family. He was courteous and listened to our needs. He provided all the support we needed and took time to accommodate all our requirements. He was easy to reach whenever we had any questions. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I’m thankful we chose them for our needs.

All I can say is Wow! Beautiful funeral home! Extremely professional. The singers have amazing voices and moved each person in the room. I will miss my dear friend so much, but I know his soul lives forever 💙 #jerel

When your son passes suddenly, and you live 600 miles away, and aren’t familiar with the area, you need a lot of counselling and direction. I was so fortunate to find the empathy and help I needed at Congleton Funeral Home. James and Nancy were so patient, professional and helpful while taking steps to meet our timeline, answer our questions and eliminate our concerns. Their compassion and support was extraordinary.

Congleton funeral home and staff has been nothing short of amazing and professional. They were very prompt with responses, attentive, accommodating, friendly, and caring. I’ve never had to plan a funeral before and they were there every step of the way to guide and make sure it was exactly what we wanted. They even took care of the tiny details at the end like thank you cards, something that can be so easily overlooked because the process in itself is overwhelming. They have also provided us with an amazing piece of memorabilia for my family. Congleton funeral home staff has exceeded all of our expectations and more and we are beyond grateful! There aren’t enough words to express our thankfulness our hearts are so full!
