Our kitchen/den renovation was amazing! Coln Construction was so professional, efficient, clean and workable with us that we were able to live in house while the transformation occurred. We highly recommend them and cannot give enough praise for the quality of their work. Their communication, scheduling and following the budget was excellent.

We recently renovated our home with Coln Construction. Andrew and his team were so wonderful to work with. They were extremely reliable, trustworthy, knowledgable, and hardworking. Their communication was awesome and every step of the process was transparent and well-explained. What really sets them apart is the level of care and attention to detail they bring to the job. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it definitely shows in their finished product. The whole team is also just really fun and easy to work with. We could not have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to working with them again.

Coln Construction has completed two major renovations for us, and both experiences were wonderful. Each aspect of the construction process was conducted with a high level of professionalism and integrity, greatly reducing the stress commonly associated with these projects. Andrew helped us construct a detached garage. He is thoughtful and patient. He accommodated changes, explaining any implications so we were aware before changes were made. The building is rock-solid and worry free. He is now consulting with us on plans for the renovation of our house. He works well with the architects and my OCD personality. I'm grateful he'll lead that renovation work too.
