I've been with cold front mechanical for going on 4 years now and their level of service remains unmatched. They are all amazing at what they do. They are very knowledgeable, they stand by their work and their customer service is superb. As long as I live in an area that they service, they will always have my business! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Horrible guy does not have the tools to fix the claimed issue. Felt knowledge base was lacking. He ended up cutting my pvc pipe yet was unable to open the glue bottle, so he replaced the junction he made with a clear rubber tube and rusted clamps. Please see attached photo for reference.

Erick and Jarret were very helpful. Erick came out within a couple hours of me calling on a weekend. Because of the cold weather and weekend timing, I didn’t expect a visit for at least a day or two, so that was above and beyond type of service. A part had to be ordered and Jaret came out the next day to install. He was very friendly and did a great job. I’ve used them before and am happy to continue using them going forward.

I have never left a review before but feel like it’s the least I can do for a company that has been so amazing. I had issues with my home warranty company making me wait 3 weeks with no A/C and a house that was 85 degrees inside. Erick quickly helped me get all the information needed for the warranty company, and had my brand new a/c unit installed in 48 hours from first time I talked with him. He was always just a phone call or text away even after hours. Customer services like this is something rare and special now a days. He got me exactly what I needed at a great price. His guys left my house clean and reinstalled the fence that had to be removed as if it never happened. If you decide to use cold front mechanical you will not be disappointed. Great customer service with no shady sales tactics or pressure, just a good local company doing quality professional work.

Erick was professional, honest and courteous. He came out on a Sunday to look at our unit. He gave us a fair price, replaced our unit and even followed up with us later to make sure everything was working fine. It's hard to find this level of service. We will definitely use this company again and will recommend him to everyone we know.
