Cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that work for it! I initially chose Claffey Pools for my project because of their well-established reputation in North Texas for being high quality and trustworthy. Not only were they on time, on budget and extremely professional and easy to work with, but they treated my small and simple pool project with the same care and attention as if it was one of their million-dollar projects. They truly care about all of their customers and want the best outcome for every project they work on. I’ve never experienced a more seamless and enjoyable construction project and will be recommending them to everyone I know – no matter how small or large the project!
Things started off great as we got a designer that paid attention to detail, really listened, and incorporated what we really wanted and brought that to reality. After than we hit a bumpy patch as the communication dropped off, what we were told was not followed through on, and it was a constant struggle to get answers and what we were told we we were going to be given (and what was stated in the contract) just didn't happen. So why still a 5 start review?? Because once it was handed to operations a flip was switched, Rob is absolutely fantastic and I could not recommend him more. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and was worth every penny. Communication was transparent, he explained each and every step, and he worked his tail off to pull off what seemed unlikely every time. Even with bumps along the way (which is expected with any construction) he took care of them and always put the customer's best interest first. The quality of work was phenomenal, and we could not be happier with how our space turned out and with be a huge asset to our young family as a place to relax, entertain, and grow into. After the construction was done, it was handed off to Brandon who is a part of the commissioning team, and again, could not be happier with him. He was responsive, did quality work, and we were taken care of during the entire process. On top of the job itself, both of these gentlemen are just good humans who made having the stress of construction in your yard seamless and a pleasant experience. You may find another contractor who can do a pool/outdoor living space for slightly less but I can not express enough you get what you pay for, and I can say at least with the team we had, they were worth every penny. I could not recommend them more!
Claffey Pools did a great job renovating our pool. In particular, Jasen and Mike were professional and responsive throughout the entire renovation. When minor issues arose, Jasen was at the ready to make sure the issues were resolved quickly and seamlessly. If you’re looking to have your pool, renovated, look no further than Claffey Pools. We are delighted we made the choice to go with this company as you will be too.
Dustin Tennyson and crew did a great job of getting in there and digging not only the pool but all the footers for retaining walls and all the decking. It’s really taking shape! They had to put a thin layer of gunite down right before the rain to hold the walls in place.
We have a12 year old Claffey pool and were interested in upgrading the features. Kyle was beyond helpful during the consultation and gave us many options that made our decisions easier. He helped with design ideas and choices. Jasen was our Project Manager and we couldn’t have been more pleased with his communication during the project. He was extremely patient helping us understand the timeline and process. He answered texts quickly and never dismissed our questions. Sue was extremely helpful in sending emails that kept us informed along the way and with keeping lines of communication open. We are thrilled with our upgraded pool and are very happy with our decision to partner with Claffey on this project.
