We had an excellent experience with Century Floors from start to finish. Jordan and the entire team were fantastic to work with. They helped us select and install a stair runner, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The pricing was fair, communication was great throughout the process, and the installation crew was professional, courteous, and took great pride in their work. We met Jordan at the Dallas Home Show. He was confident and knowledgeable. We hired him to completely remodel our main bathroom. Best experience ever. Communication was excellent. His craftsmen are highly skilled, and very respectful of our home. They checked with us when there were any questions. He gave us quality work and kept within the budget. I am satisfied with their work. Before choosing this company, I visited five different places to get estimates and compare services. Their price was the most reasonable. A friend also recommended them because her friend had worked with this company before, and the results were good for a reasonable price. We had flooring done, the bathroom countertop & garbage disposal replaced and the toilet and sink installed. Even though the project took longer than I expected, they followed up well and communicated throughout the process.
We had Century install 1400 sqft of hardwood flooring and paint the interior of our home and are thrilled with the result. We had Century and one other Keller flooring company with a retail storefront and great reviews quote. Jordan visited our home the day after meeting him and was able to provide pricing as soon as he had measured our space. The other company took a week to quote the flooring and were within a few hundred dollars of Jordan’s price but needed more time to quote paint. This gave me confidence that Jordan really knew his business so we selected Century. Beto and Omar were our flooring and paint foreman and they were outstanding. Very friendly, great attention to detail and their crews were on time every day. The floors are amazing, the paint looks great and we have already recommended them to family.
